    Lindsay: Hello, Lindsay here.

    Receptionist: Someone wants to speak to you.

    Lindsay: I am very busy at the moment. Can you tell him that I am in a meeting and I will ring him back when I am finished?

    Receptionist: OK.

    Receptionist to caller: Lindsay can’t speak to you at the moment. Give me your number and he will ring you later.

    Caller: Yes that is all right. My number is 9999 1111. Can you tell him that I would like to discuss the new line of home products that is coming out next week.

    Receptionist: Bye.
