Question 1
The writer’s new neighbours are friendly and highly multicultural. There are Chinese, Americans, Italians, French and Malaysians. It is conveniently situated as it is close to amenities such as the railway station, supermarket, library and school.
Question 2
The writer likes his new house because it is bigger and he can have his own room. It is close to his school and other amenities such as the railway station, library etc. His neighbours are friendly and helpful.
