Your answer may be that Li Hua will not make a good doctor because he thinks the occupation would be hard work and he does not like night shifts. It is an occupation chosen by his parents, not him. He is a person with no view, he is easily controlled by his parents. He finds study boring and medicine requires a lot of study.
