What is a virtual library ?
Where can I find virtual libraries ?
A virtual library presents an organized set of links to items on the web. These links may be organized by themes (e.g. law, science, computing), functionality (e.g. software, text), alphabeticaly or by search engines (sources organized into a searchable database). A virtual library references any kind of electronic material that has been published on the web, including text documents, software, images, audio, databases, newsgroups and other data repositories. A virtual library has the purpose to help users to find relevant information.
