This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to
prepare and present sandwiches.
This unit applies to all establishments where food is
prepared and served.
Sandwiches may be classical or modern, hot or cold, and use a
variety of fillings and / or types of bread.
Demonstrate the ability to efficiently and confidently prepare and present sandwiches to a level acceptable by the enterprise, using hygienic food handling practices.
